Private poolVaux is a family home located in the Parc du Morvan, in Étang sur Arroux between Autun and Le Creusot. This property stands at the top of the valley offering a unique view. An ideal haven of peace to disconnect and take a bath in silence and fresh air. Between animals and nature, the property is surrounded by a rustic park with its century-old trees and ancient roses.
The Douglas room, recently renovated, is the largest room in Vaux. Its king size bed sits facing a unique view of the landscapes of the Morvan. Adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub.
The Châtaignier room has retained its original wallpaper but offers modernity and comfort in its layout.
Calm, tranquility and greenery will be there for a stay combining modernity and authenticity. With the bedrooms, enjoy access to the living room and the dining room as well as the park and its swimming pool with a view.
To disconnect, take a breath of fresh air, discover this haven of peace that brings together lovers of nature and tranquility. Here do not fear the animals and the silence. Vaux is also a rustic park, surrounded by centuries-old trees and old roses. Let yourself be lulled by the tranquility and the song of the birds for one of the many walks to discover in the surroundings. You can then go to the pond for a small boat ride or a cool picnic or even relax with a visit to the swimming pool and its unique view.
Since September 2021 we have started a project to renovate the castle and its outbuildings in order to transform them into guest rooms and gites and gradually develop the reception of a maximum of lovers of refinement, calm and conviviality. It is with pleasure that we offer two cottages for seven people each with their own private garden but maintaining access to the park of Vaux.

Avec sa salle de bain attenante et sa baignoire spacieuse garantissez vous des vacances paisibles. Cette chambre et sa vue sur le plus grand Douglas du parc, est un véritable rendez-vous pour les amoureux de la nature et du raffinement. Profitez d’un silence ininterrompu dans un cadre hors du temps et une chambre hors normes. La chambre se compose d’un lit king size, d’un espace salon ainsi que d’un bureau. Une télévision est à votre disposition ainsi qu’un lecteur DVD et un large choix de films. Une armoire, une commande et une penderie pour ranger vos affaires. Dans la salle de bain un grand meuble pour ranger vos affaires de toilette. À votre disposition des serviettes, des peignoirs, du gel douche et shampooing ainsi qu’un sèche cheveux.

"Magnifique séjour !"
De passage dans la région pour quelques jours avec mon conjoint, nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe lieu et en gardons un très beau souvenir. Le charme de la maison, la gentillesse et l'accueil de la propriétaire, ses bons petits plats, ainsi que l'environnement nous ont complètement séduits... ! Merci pour tout Maggy, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !

"Superbe escapade"
Un week end hors du temps chez Maggy qui nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse, la chambre était impeccable et décorée avec soin dans le respect de ce lieu unique. La nature environnante permet de déconnecter, notamment grâce aux balades conseillées par la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

"Merveilleux séjour"
J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le cadre idyllique que constitue le château de Vaux. Il s'agit de mon second séjour et je recommande les yeux fermés cette adresse : calme absolu, vue panoramique sur les monts du Morvan et l'étang dont dispose la propriété, décoration raffinée et service irréprochable ! Coup de cœur pour la cuisine de Maggy (plats maison délicieux).

"Week-end magique dans le Morvan"
Week-end en amoureux parfait. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir depuis Paris et nous sommes repartis le dimanche en début d'après-midi. Nous avons choisi ce lieu sur recommandation d'amis qui se sont mariés dans la région et qui avaient loué des gîtes pour leur famille. Maggy est une excellente hôtesse disponible, agréable et professionnelle. Nous avons pris tous nos repas et petits-déjeuners en extérieur. Nourriture fraîche, saine et végétarienne. Idéalement situé pour des Parisiens qui veulent fuir l'agitation de la ville. Une vue magnifique sur les reliefs du Morvan le jour, un ciel étoilé époustouflant la nuit. De belles balades sur les petits chemins, à bord des étangs, à travers les bois tout autour du domaine. Chambre avec vue, intimiste, spacieuse, décorée avec très bon goût. C'est un vrai coup de cœur. Nous recommandons les lieux et nous y reviendrons ! Merci pour tout !
