O exclusivo Caro Hotel ocupa um palácio do século XIX, no centro de Valência, apenas a 200 metros da Catedral de Valência. Combina características históricas com um design moderno e apresenta uma piscina exterior aberta durante todo o ano. Concebidos por Francesc Rifé, todos os quartos elegantes do Caro têm uma decoração única, com toques requintados de design minimalista. Os quartos estão equipados com uma televisão de ecrã plano por satélite, ar condicionado e um mini-bar gratuito. As casas de banho incluem produtos de higiene pessoal Bvlgari, roupão de banho e chinelos. Gerido pelo Chef Miguel Angel Mayor, o restaurante do hotel, Sucede, tem 1 estrela Michelin. Também há um bar com um terraço tranquilo, onde pode saborear uma bebida enquanto desfruta do sol. Os menus sem glúten são providenciados mediante pedido prévio. Algumas partes do Caro Hotel têm mais de 2 000 anos e apresentam uma arquitectura única.
