This two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is located on the first floor and it is positioned just steps away from the beach. This unit offers its own secluded garden with outdoor shower, hammocks, and direct access to the beach. The Master Suite features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom is located just off the living room.
This two-bedroom, one-bath apartment have a double bed in each bedroom and a futon in the living room. It offers a spacious sun deck with an outdoor dining table to enjoy morning coffee or dinner. The beach is less than 2 minutes' walk, and the office is right downstairs so guests can easily grab a beach towel on their way.
The two-bedroom, three-bath Lower Reef House is in the fourth building from the entrance and the second from the beach. It has garden views and it is surrounded by cool, tropical vegetation, while the main porch and both bedroom patios offer a relaxing space to unwind. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom comes with 2 double beds and en-suite bathroom.
The Garden Studio II is located in the second building from the entrance, however is less than a 1 minute stroll to the restaurant and beach. The studio is spacious and open plan concept living, offering excellent value for guests seeking a cozy and comfortable place to retreat after a day spent soaking in the sun or exploring Negril.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom Penthouse features a private rooftop access with expansive sea views, and a beachfront access. It also offers a private bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom together with a common kitchen, living, and dining area. Large balconies open off the bedroom and living room.

The Ocean House offers split level accommodations for up to four guests: a 1-bedroom apartment on the lower level and a single bedroom with ensuite bath upstairs. Each level has its own private patio as well, affording added outdoor living space. Located directly on the beachfront, the Ocean House offers beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, the various water-sport activities of Negril’s Seven Mile Beach, and stunning sunsets.
Lower Level: The 1-bedroom, 1-bath king bed double occupancy unit is located above the restaurant, on the first floor of the Ocean House. This spacious apartment offers a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large patio with two sun beds.
Upper Level: The 1-bedroom, 1-bath king bed double occupancy unit features French doors that open onto a private patio that overlooks the beach and sea. Two sun beds are provided, and guests may also access the rooftop for even better views of the surrounding area. While the downstairs unit has full kitchen facilities, this bedroom offers a mini-refrigerator.
The Ocean House is one of our most popular units, given the views, extended patios and beautiful open-air areas for sunbathing and outdoor dining on the picnic table. It’s also ideal for hosting group events, as there is ample space for dancing, hosting a cocktail reception, or even a yoga retreat right on the Seven Mile Beach, yet completely private.

Lower Jungle is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, within the third building from the entrance of the property and also third from the beach. The unit arched entries with swinging wooden and glass doors. Step from bedroom or living room onto the patio and take a short walk down to the sands of 7Mile Beach. The unit is surrounded by cool, tropical vegetation, and is a great space to relax and unwind with a large living and dining area.
The unit sleeps four (4) guests with a surcharge applied for up to two (2) additional guests. Max occupancy six (6) guests.

50% deposit due at the time of booking, with balance due 30 days prior to CheckIn. The full amount of the booking will be due if your arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date. We accept payments via major credit cards: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA or Bank Transfer.
Please note that we do require that the credit card used for booking your stay is provided on checkin along with a photo ID of the cardholder.

Deposits are fully refundable if notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Processing is estimated at 5-10 business days after written notice of cancellation and must be emailed to Reservations info@beachhousecondos.com

Guests are recommended to have and are responsible for insurance covering: cancellations, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects, valuables and money. Please secure valuables in the in-room safe. Beach House will not be liable for lost or stolen items.
