The day before your arrival we will contact you to send you access for self-check-in or the time for your in-person check-in.

*If your arrival is after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €30 will apply.
This supplement will cover the following: physical or telephone assistance if necessary, and coverage until the entrance of the accommodation.

In the case of arrivals after 11:00 p.m., arrival will be autonomous, and we will leave the keys or entry cards in a locker in case you cannot access by your own means and you will be sent instructions for use of this alternative solution in case you cannot access with the smart-lock.

**If you prefer an in-person check-in after 11:00 p.m., it will have an additional cost of €50, instead of €30.

-The Early Check - In and Late Check - Out service can be used, subject to availability and a supplement of €20 will be charged for them. If this service is available, it will be co-signed 24 hours before entry/exit.

-All belongings or valuable objects must be stored and cared for by our guests. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings caused by neglect or mishandling.

-In order to park within the facilities, you must first collect the remote control or key that opens the access barrier to the property. Photos and videos will be sent to you on how to access.

-The arrival at the apartment is autonomous, although it can be in person if you prefer - from 17:00 to 21:00 (subject to availability).

If 24 hours before entering the accommodation, the arrival information is not available, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed at the time of arrival.

All communication will be strictly on the platform or on a WhatsApp number that will be provided to you once the reservation is made.
