The property has a strictly no party policy, should the maximum number of people per
property be exceeded without pre authorisation, guests will be charged.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented on arrival. Guests must also
provide a valid passport , driving licence or other photographic identification matching the
name of the customer on the card. Photo identification may also be required from all
accompanying guests.
Apartments should be left in a reasonable good condition, if additional cleaning is required
the cost of this will be charged to the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
There are three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two bedrooms having king sized beds and the third bedroom benefiting from two single beds which can be zipped together if required to form a third king sized bed.
Please be aware that the refurbishment works we are undertaking on the building are due to finish in late October 2018 . During this period there will be ongoing minor works during office hours.
