Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, nighttime noise) or harmful to the neighborhood (abnormal neighborhood disturbances) will result in immediate eviction from the accommodation without giving rise to any reimbursement - An identity document may be requested from each traveler when checking in. entry into the premises - The number of occupants must correspond to the reservation made. If necessary, a regularization will be made upon departure, i.e. 7 euros per additional person per night, increased by a flat rate increase of 10 euros per undeclared person - Any anomaly noted upon entry into the premises (broken furniture, malfunction of equipment etc) and incident occurring during the stay must be reported with supporting photo wherever possible - The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition. If necessary, a cleaning supplement may be charged (€20 more) and all damage will be subject to a deduction from the deposit - Respect for the neighborhood and the rules of community life (avoid noise / olfactory pollution, respect for common areas etc.).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
