Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay for 12 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Towels: 8 EUR per person, per stay.

Please note that from May 2022 construction work will be taking place on the neighboring property and noise could be heard in some rooms.

The view from the balcony is limited by the construction site equipment to the development of the neighboring property!

Dear guests, we would like to point out that the new construction of the Barth harbor quarter is expected to be completed by mid-2024. Although the investor and the construction company are trying to keep the disturbances caused by the construction work as low as possible, increased noise levels can sometimes be expected in the course of the work. The view from the room is limited to the buildings on the neighboring property due to the construction site facilities!
