Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cleaning of the accommodation takes place every 2 days. Additional cleaning comes upon request and at extra costs.

Upon arrival, you will find little sweets in your room such as a Welcome Gift.
The products are packaged in compliance with the regulations regarding the Residences.
We ask you to inform us of any food intolerances or allergies.
Our rooms are non-smoking and we kindly request that you respect this rule.
In the event of this prohibition being broken, a penalty will be required for the extra cleaning costs.
There is no daytime reception in the structure, so you can refer to the Réva Resort for any request or need (located just 5 km away) where the reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
