The terms and conditions are in accordance with the Hotel Proprietors Act, we like to be transparent rather than adding this in the small print like big hotels. We do not meet you at the property so in order for us to prevent your card from being used fraudulently we have a four-step system to reduce any such activit, 1. We ensure the guest's name match the one on the credit card details provided. (For business bookings please let us know of the difference in details.)
2. We ensure the address for the payment card details matches the address provided on the booking site.
3. We ensure the address you provide on your ID matches your credit card.
4. We make sure the photo on the ID matches the guest who arrives by checking the camera installed on the front door.
