-Send a request about the check-in time 1 day before, for reservations on the same day you have 30 minutes once the reservation is confirmed.
- After the requested check-in date and/or time, you will not be able to enter. Only the reservation holder must check in and must be a guest.
- You cannot change the reservation holder and/or guest names.
- Failure to comply with what was requested in previous lines will prevent entry to the property.
-Guest not shown in the reservation, must pay $500 per person for each day
-Lose key/Tag, must pay $1500 for lock replacement
-Leave the kitchen clean and wash dishes to avoid cleaning costs.
-All damage to property or furniture will be charged.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the property, if you smoke, do so outside and clean the area.
-Take the garbage to the container for hygiene.
-If you bring a pet, you must wash and collect waste, including hair.
-If the guest takes 15 min. after checkout an extra 3 days will be charged.
-Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning.
