The Apartment has two Room Types, Double Room at First Floor and Twin Loft Room at second floor available for booking. Guest have the option of booking the whole apartment by booking both room types with exclusive use of all self contained apartment facilities or book individual room types with shared communal facilities including a Lounge with Settees, Dinning Table TV and Satellite Channels, a fully equipped Kitchen with Electric Cooker and Oven, Micro, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Kettle and Toaster and Utensils, cutlery and Dishes etc., a Separate Toilet and Shower Room.

This is a self-managed Guest Apartment and guests are responsible for doing their own cleaning to maintain the facilities in clean state for themselves and their fellow guests.

Guests must note before booking that they will be required to provide Photo ID and Address Proof and confirm that they have read and agree the Special Covid 19 Terms and Conditions in the Host Section of the House Listing on booking.com. and in the Welcome message on making a booking.

Guest are not allowed to invite their guests maximum two persons into the House except for short visits only in the Lounge restricted up to 9.00 pm and not to allow guests in any part of the property unattended during such visits.

Guests are restricted to two pieces of luggage per person.
