This will be released following an inspection of the apartment after check-out. Please help us to return your deposit in full by observing the house rules:
• Absolutely no smoking and no parties are permitted in the apartment.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy to additional undeclared guests and any nuisance or anti-social behavior.
• Any guests found to be breaking the house rules will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
• For the consideration of our neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 as the apartment is in a residential building.
• Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and its contents. If there is an accident and something is broken or damaged as a result, please let us know as soon as possible and always before you check-out.
• Guests are required communicate their expected time of arrival in advance so we can be available to meet them at the property with the keys at check-in.
• We reserve the right to check the booker's ID and refuse entry for failing to show it.
• Please run the dishwasher and take the rubbish and recycling out before you check-out.
• If specialist cleaning is required (for example carpet cleaning to remove a stain), or an excessive amount of time to return an apartment to its previous state (i.e. glitter) we will charge an additional fee of £150.
• We reserve the right to charge £250 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where it is left in an exceptionally bad condition or if we believe smoking has taken place in the apartment.
• No items are to be removed from any apartments or dismantled in any way. Any damage to the property, or items found to be missing when the property is inspected after check-out, will be deducted from the deposit. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment to reduce the likelihood of damage to the apartment and its contents. • If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, we reserve the right to change the locks and key set at a charge of £200. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
