A surcharge of 45EUR applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 and 55EUR between 22:00 and 23:50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

HOUSE RULES
1) Show an ID upon arrival to the apartment in case of checking in online send it by email or whatsapp
2) Guests and visitors must minimize noise so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during the night hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
3) Tourist tax is not included in the price must be paid upon arrival at the apartment. The City of Venice has established:
- full from 16 years of age euro 4.00 per person per night, maximum of 5 days
- reduced from 10 to 15 years euro 2.00 per person per night, maximum of 5 days
- exempt all children up to 9 years old.
5) On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave garbage bags outside or inside the apartment. In Venice, garbage collection is done only in the morning, except on Sundays. We must strictly follow the recommendations that are made at check in by the reception staff. In case we find bags of garbage left inside apartment will be charged € 20 from the security deposit while outside the door € 100.
6) Whenever Guests leave the apartment it is their responsibility to make sure that all windows and doors are closed in order to ensure the security of the property.
7) Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning in summer and heating in winter in favor of energy conservation.
8) All damages and breakages must be reported to the host immediately.
