Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children 1 years and older are accepted.
Children from 1 to 3 years old stay for 25 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in a crib available.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two (2) people per bed.

The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 11 PM / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11 PM)

Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.

Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.

Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.

The $500 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement.


Any financial claim will only be considered within a maximum period of 15 days from the client's departure date.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
