Located right next to the Ederabfahrt Ski Slope, Appartementhaus Casamarai is only 200 metres from the Kohlmais Ski Lift and a 5-minute walk from the centre of Saalbach, and offers ski-to-door access. Each apartment has a south-facing balcony or terrace and offers free WiFi.

Decorated in different colours, the spacious apartments include bright wooden furniture and floors, pictures painted by the owner, a flat-screen cable TV that also offers Arabic and many international channels, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning, while a fondue set can be rented.

The garden includes a barbecue area available also during the winter season as well as a patio with a terrace and a children´s playground. Guests of Casamarai Appartement can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a bicycle garage with washing facilities. A gift shop offering homemade souvenirs is on site.

Hiking and mountain biking trails (Milka Line) can be accessed right outside, and free private parking is available on site. Laundry facilities are available on request.

In summer, the Joker Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts in the region.

Guests of Appartementhaus Casamarai receive a 10% discount on ski rental and bike rental.

Discounted ski passes for children and teenagers are available. Children up to 5 years of age receive the Montelino Ski Pass free of charge throughout the winter season.
