Cross-country skiing tracks can be accessed right next to the Lea apartments. The Umhausen Bathing Lake and the Ötzidorf Stone Age museum are 7 km away. The Sölden Ski Area is reachable within a 35-minute ride on the shuttle bus.
From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
