A restaurant and 2 grocery shops can be found in the nearest vicinity. Rocky Beach Tourist Complex comprising swimming pools is just 20 metres from the guest house. Boat excursions to nearby islands and beaches are offered during summer season.
The town of Ulcinj can be reached in 13 km along the E851, and the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Bar is 14 km to the north. The Albanian border is within a 30-minute drive from the Oliva. Free private parking is provided on site.
