VACATION RENTAL RULES
Complying with the vacation rental rules is a requirement of the contract. Failure to respect the following points may lead to a penalty or expulsion from the property.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and other instructions provided by the Apartment owner during their stay.

CHECK-IN:
1º The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m.
-Early check in: 13.00-15.00
-Late check out: 10.00-12.00

Remember that both are upon request as they are subject to availability for an additional cost of €20 to the reservation and require confirmation from the owner.

2º It is mandatory to present the identity document (DNI) or passport of all people at the entrance for proper police registration and sign the corresponding police file.

3º It is mandatory to sign this vacation rental coexistence rules document.

NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD:
1°-Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children who accompany them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood.

2°-Guests must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during the hours in which they may be sleeping (for example, from eleven at night to eight in the morning) , and when they arrive and leave the property.

3º-Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction and the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay.

VISITS:
Guests are NOT allowed to entertain during their stay.

USE OF THE PROPERTY:
Any party or gathering is completely prohibited.

TRASH:
1st-Guests must take care of garbage and will not leave any type of waste in common areas or public areas.

2°-The instructions regarding garbage from the vacation rental are as follows:

a) Do not leave leftover food or personal items outside the containers in the kitchen and bathroom.

b) Always keep the garbage container with a bag to be able to throw food and other remains.

SECURITY:
1st-Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent damage caused by rain or wind.

2nd-Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, ceiling fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy. They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning or ceiling fans on when they are not in the house.

ENERGY:
The average allowed daily energy consumption is 10 kWh/4 people. Above 15 kWh of energy consumption per day, an additional cost of €0.20/kWh will be charged and must be paid by the guest.

TERRACE:
Guests must supervise any infant or child when using the terrace.

TOBACCO:
1st-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property but it is allowed on the terrace.

2º Cigarette butts must go into the ashtrays provided for this purpose, and not on the floor.

ANIMALS:
Animals are NOT allowed in this vacation rental.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS:
1st-Any damage and damage must be reported to the owner/manager as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this rule, you may be requested personally or through judicial means for the financial part that corresponds to the replacement of the damages and damage caused to this vacation rental home.

2°-To avoid damage and damage, it is prohibited to move furniture and other utensils (television, beds, lamps, etc.) from one room to another without prior consent from the owner/manager.

3°-Towels provided for the bathroom may not leave the property (to, for example, go to the beach).

COMPLIANCE:
1st-Failure to comply with any of these rules implies failure to comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.
