From the rooftop terrace and from your apartment you can enjoy panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps. Spa facilities include a sauna and a steam bath, kids can have fun in the playroom and ski equipment can be stored in a separate room with a ski boot dryer.
You can start cross-country skiing right from the Apart Silvana and a toboggan run can also be found right next to it. Snow-boot hikes and night walks with torches are organised weekly. A beginner's ski slope is 200 metres away.
A 10% discount at the Aqua Dome thermal spa in Längefeld is granted to guests of the Silvana apartments.
From 30 May to 4 October 2020, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.
