A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you up to 14 days after check-out, depending on your bank. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed and this in the same conditions as it was delivered. Otherwise, charges will be made for extra cleaning and / or to cover the costs of any damage or breakage.
The client must leave the apartment at his scheduled time (before 11:00), otherwise we would proceed to charge a late check-out supplement with prices from €10 per additional hour. Upon departure the apartment must be in good condition of maintenance and cleanliness otherwise we would proceed to deduct from your deposit charges for extra cleaning and / or any damage. Please note that we will proceed to clean your apartment every two days of stay, if during the supervision of your room this is not in good condition and tidy, you will lose the cleaning service for that day. If you do not return your apartment in good conditions, we may charge you an extra cleaning service (prices are from 30€).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
