The museum is located in Serret former Cantonal Court built in 1912. In 1914, he became "Military Hospital". It bears the name of General Marcel Serret, commander of the terrible fighting in Hartmannswillerkopf where he was severely wounded. Transported to the hospital Moosch there died of his injuries January 6, 1916. He is buried in Military Cemetery Moosch.
