The permanent collections are arranged on three levels. The floors are served by a staircase medieval stone spiral where an exhibition of watercolors of landscapes and cities in Corrèze Victor Schaefer (1908-2002). The first room in ground floor is reserved for the work of Gaston Vuillier (1845-1915). The first floor is devoted to the ethnohistory of the town of Tulle and the country tullois (local history, archeology, ethnomusicology, and martial art tradition oeuvrière). Second floor: handicrafts, art, ornament and worship.
