Tél : 05 57 42 13 70
The museum was commissioned to remember the captivity of the Duchess of Berry, who had attempted to raise the Vendee in favor of his son, the Comte de Chambord. The museum also presents a series of very fine original plans of the citadel in the early eighteenth century and brings to life the figures of the two Dukes of Saint-Simon who were governors. He collected works of lapidary from the excavations of the ancient Romanesque church of Saint-Romain. There is also a collection of pharmacy jars ordered the factory Hustin de Bordeaux Blaye to the hospital.
