Musée Charbonneau-Lassay

At the heart of the historic Martray, in a beautiful mansion of the eighteenth century, are disclosed various collections compiled by Louis Charbonneau-Lassay, local historian of the nineteenth century. In the beautiful rustic rooms, to discover: the model of the fortress of Loudun, collections of weapons, archaeological and other art objects collected by the learned throughout his life. Local crafts and traditions of the country Loudun are highlighted with an outstanding collection of old hats.
