Wet area for hotel guests: the swimming pool and spa are available weekdays from 7:00 AM. Please contact the main reception, which will grant access to the designated wet area after completing the appropriate declaration.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. The hotel has designated smoking areas. The fee for smoking in the room is PLN 500, which will be collected during your stay or upon departure.
6. Upon guest request, we can provide a kettle and cups in the room. This request should be communicated via email or upon check-in.
7. Upon request, the reception desk provides a safe for securing valuables.
We will explain the rules during your stay at the hotel or in individual correspondence.
8. Pets are not allowed at the hotel. If a pet is brought into the hotel despite this ban, the hotel reserves the right to change the room and charge additional fees related to the animal's accommodation.
9. This facility is a Wellness & SPA facility, and it is normal to wear bathrobes while moving to the Wellness area. However, bathrobes are prohibited in the café and restaurant – casual attire is required.
10. We cordially invite you to book treatments and therapies at our Wellness Marrakech in advance. This will ensure your reservation is made at a time when you have the greatest availability during your stay.
11. In accordance with good practice, the saunas are a nude area accessible to adults. The Wellness Reception will provide appropriate pareos to cover intimate areas. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the Wellness reception during its opening hours.
12. Upon check-in, the reception will ask you to present your ID.
13. If you are staying at the property with children, please remember that the property is legally obligated to apply standards for the protection of minors, establish the identity of minors, and determine their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying. Completing the appropriate data on the registration form is the responsibility of those checking in with children.
14. In accordance with Polish law, TO RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR A COMPANY, you must immediately
submit your company details, including your Tax Identification Number (NIP), and an email address
to which the invoice will be sent after your stay within 24 hours of making your reservation.
