Our hotel restaurant is an independent establishment working according to the traditional values of family-run hotels. The hotel l'Etoile is close to the motorway and Carcassonne airport, a 10-minute car-ride from the medieval city centre, at the heart of the busy shopping arcade Salvaza. The personal welcome and relaxed atmosphere, reasonable rates and friendliness are our assets, plus the shady terrace where dinner is served in the summer. Reception is open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. We have an automatic terminal to serve you during the night. We provide a secure car park and WiFi in all the rooms free of charge for our clients. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine, carefully cooked entirely on the premises, from Monday to Thursday evening.
