"Les Hospitaliers" hotel is a charming and high-quality establishment that extends a warm welcome for guests. This gastronomic hotel-restaurant was built in the old village of Poët Laval, at the foot of the Knights of Malta Commandery, overlooking the town walls and just a few metres from Saint Jean de Jérusalem chapel.
The four houses, with exposed stone walls, that make up the hotel, blend in beautifully with these historic surroundings, listed as one of "the most beautiful villages in France."
The hotel bedrooms are comfortable and carefully designed. Hotel guests can enjoy use of the terraces, the pool and admire the panoramic view of the Jabron valley.

The hotel is located on an exceptional Medieval site and the village is worthy of a visit in its own right. Standing on a steep slope in the Jabron valley, this medieval triangular village forms part of a superb landscape of wooded foothills. The village, which is characterised by its austere architecture, includes, amongst other monuments, the ruins of an impressive castle which, at the time of the Crusades, was a residence of the Hospitallers of St John of Jerusalem.
There are signposted hiking trails just a few metres from the hotel that will lead you through broom, lavender and truffle-producing oak trees.
