The Ardèche is well known by the exceptional nature "The Gorges de l'Ardèche" and villages of characters.
The Ardèche is also known for its wide variation of leisure and curiosities.
We will never forget a visit to the Ardèche!

Villa Vallon III is located in a very quiet location with great views and only a few steps from the village center.
The holiday house "Villa Vallon III" is located on a plot of 1000 m² and has a private swimming pool (4 x 8 m).
The house is divided into 2 gîtes of 70 m² each.
Each cottage is for max. 5 people. The cottages can be rented separately or together (max 10 people)
Television with TNT.
Each cottage is separate from the other and has a covered terrace with a movable partition. We can create a common terrace. WiFi on the ground.

Compostion of a house:
• ground floor :
- kitchen: induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer
- stay
- bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin
- bedroom with bunk bed (90x200cm) and single bed (90x200cm)

- furnished covered terrace with barbecue

Mezzanine:
- bedroom with double bed (160x200cm)

In the garden, common for the 2 cottages, there is the swimming pool (8 x 4 m), the covered terrace, the maxi-trampoline and the petanque.

There is a washing machine which is at your disposal for free on the estate.
