Villa Thocha, piscine privée 5000 m² de terrain

Our villa is located in Montauroux, in a quiet area, surrounded by a fully enclosed 5000 m² landscaped garden.

We have been welcoming our visitors since 2005, offering you a completely private adjoining accommodation, independent of our house, which includes a large swimming pool opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, plancha, etc.) with a shaded terrace, a living room and two bedrooms which only communicate with each other via the garden (not suitable for children) of 20 m² each.

They are on one level, all equipped with a shower, a separate toilet, a large bed, a television, a terrace, and free Wi-Fi.
Boules court, ping-pong table, private parking and carport.
Pets are not allowed.

You can enjoy the serenity of the villages in the Var hinterland, Lake Saint-Cassien, but we are also ideally located near Cannes, Grasse, Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, etc., the Gorges du Loup and the Verdon.

You will therefore have the possibility to modulate your stay between rest, visits and sports activities (rowing, pedal boats, canoes, fishing, horse riding, golf, hiking, paragliding, canyoning, etc.). The site is quiet and parties are not allowed.

Shops and Provençal markets are nearby.
