Spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and warm style, inhabited all year round so very well equipped, it opens onto a 1000 m² flowered garden, and a swimming pool area. At the end of an impasse, absolute calm and southern exposure, unobstructed view of the hills of Giens. Only the sound of the waves and the cicadas will disturb your stay.
Covering an area of 180 m² on 2 levels, the house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a 10 m² relaxation area with hanging hammock, 2 bathrooms, an 80 m² living space including kitchen open to living room, dining room and library.
A large pocket bay opens onto the 30 m² wooden terrace, equipped with a dining area and a lounge area, sheltered by a pergola. Our garden offers several relaxation areas, allowing everyone to isolate themselves if necessary.
Crossing the garden, you arrive in our seaside area, with a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace and a dry Mediterranean garden, a pool house with sink and fridge and everything necessary for cold lunches in the sun, a nap corner shaded with cushions, deckchairs, hammock, table tennis ...
Pool and garden maintenance twice a week by our gardener, and end of stay cleaning included.

"Formidable séjour"
Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances magnifiques dans cette maison. Tout y est parfait, rien ne manque (jusqu'aux prises anti-moustiques, les guides touristiques, la bouteille de rosé au frais pour notre arrivée! Beaucoup d'attentions pour rendre le séjour top). Les hôtes ont toujours été disponibles à la moindre question avant ou pendant le séjour, plein de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses! L'espace piscine est génial: transats, cuisine d'été, frigo... à distance de la maison et avec un petit portail pour la sécurité des enfants. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Evidemment, une voiture est tout de même nécessaire pour explorer la presqu'île. Nous recommandons à 1000%! Encore merci!

Nous avons eu deux belles semaines de vacance en famille avec le nécessaire pour notre petit dernier de 16 mois. Piscine en retrait parfait pour les enfants.
Très beau jardin. L’intérieur bien aménagé tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine quotidiennement.

"villa parfaite pour un séjour estival en famille"
Cette maison à la décoration soignée et moderne est une vraie maison de vacances, confortable, spacieuse, avec des espaces de repos et detente pour tout le monde, tous les équipements nécessaire à la vie quotidienne sont disponibles. L'espace piscine est très beau, le jardin fleuri magnifique, et surtout le silence un vrai atout. La proximité de la mer à pied est bien pratique aussi.
