The House of 134 m² (4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) is composed as follows and accommodates up to 7 people: on the ground floor:
-Access and living room on the ground floor to the persons with reduced mobility standards
-A large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction, microwave, fridge). TV flat screen in the living room.
-A back kitchen, laundry room with washing machine.
-A bed (160 x 200), bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet - a garage with a motored door can accommodate two vehicles, or bicycles, sailing hardware...
The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking a large garden completely closed 1000 m2, without screw screw.

At upstairs 3 bedrooms:
-A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and lovely views over the marshes
-A room with two beds of 90 x 190,
-A bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 190
-A bathroom,
-An independent toilet.

Weekly from Saturday to Saturday rental.
No rental for noisy festivity for the neighbourhood.

Deposit: €500
City tax €1.1 per person per night, to settle the day of your arrival and major.
