1 parental suite (not suitable for minors for safety reasons) fitted out since May 2016 in a loft style with lounge / relaxation area on the ground floor and metal mezzanine on 2 levels: office area and bedroom (attic "under the stars "with queen size bed (160) dressing room), as well as a bathroom and its separate toilet.
Living room-stay with convertible two places excellent condition.
Shaded terrace with arbor for lunch in the shade in summer. Barbecue available.

The vehicle is parked in the space reserved for this purpose, in front of the gate, outside.

Un super accueil de Marianne, Laurent et leur petite Maeva.
Le logement est neuf, bien agencé et décoré. Il convient juste, comme il est précisé dans l'annonce, d'être attentif à la soupente dans la chambre et dans l'escalier.
