INTERNAL RULES OF THE SEASONAL RENTAL
1/SECURITY:
Dar Lalla Fatima is rented by non-anonymous people; the organizer who is responsible for booking on the platform undertakes to send at the time of booking, the photo of the passport page of all adults accompanying him; we must see there:
- the nam, - the photo
- the passport number
- the validity dates of the passport.
This procedure is required by local security. Each future occupant must be identified.
Moroccan residents can present a CIN or a residence permit.
2/HOUSE STAFF:
A team of housekeepers, cooks, housekeepers, caretaker is at your disposal to serve you.
Their working hours start at the breakfast service until 10 p.m.
A break for their lunch is to be expected during the day.
It is advisable to take the WhatsApp number of the housekeeper for any questions during your stay; She is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
3/HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
We offer you very high quality linen.
In order to respect the environment and due to the water shortage in Morocco, we wish to limit the frequent washing of sheets and towels. We therefore invite you to inform us if you need additional linen or a change of linen, otherwise we will favor more spaced maintenance if it is still clean.
4/CUISINE:
THE HOUSE OFFERS WITH A COMPLETE HOTEL SERVICE.
MENUS ARE OFFERED TO YOU AND CUSTOMIZED OPTIONS ALSO; WE ADAPT PERFECTLY TO THE REQUESTS OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND TO INTOLERANCES.
THE LARGE KITCHEN IS NOT OPEN TO CUSTOMERS.
THE SMALL KITCHEN (OFFICE) IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL WITH A FRIDGE, A KETTLE, A NESPRESSO MACHINE AND A SMALL HOT PLATE.
5/ CORK CHARGES:
We offer a Moroccan wine list if you wish to buy your wine we will charge an amount of €10 for corkage charges.
Regarding aperitifs, champagne etc. the corkage charges will be €25 per bottle served.
6/ STAFF FUNCTION:
A TEAM OF HOUSEKEEPERS, COOKS AND HOUSEKEEPERS IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL TO SERVE YOU WHEN YOU ORDER MEALS.
OUR TEAM PROVIDES MORNING CLEANING, CLEANLINESS OF THE PREMISES AND MONITORING OF THE VILLA.
ONLY MEALS ORDERED FROM OUR KITCHEN CAN BE SERVED BY OUR TEAM. ANY OUTSIDE FOOD ORDER IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR TEAM.
7/WIFI:
This accommodation has a fiber optic Wi-Fi network, accessible without a password.
8/NIGHT ENTRY:
If you intend to return late to the villa, it is advisable to take the number of the caretaker who will be able to open the door for you at night without any worries.
9/ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
We can organize your transfer from the airport to Dar Lalla Fatima.
On the day of your arrival, the villa will be available from 3 p.m. Possibility of early check in.
However, it is your responsibility to request geolocation if you arrive by your own means at the villa.
On the day of your departure, the house must be vacated at 12 p.m. Late check in on request.
10/NUMBER OF TENANTS:
We rent our accommodation to you for a specific number of travelers provided for in your contract.
It is forbidden to bring into the accommodation people met locally and not mentioned in your contract.
The staff present ensures the surveillance and proper functioning of the place. This violation of this clause is punishable by immediate expulsion.
If you are planning guests, you must request permission from the owner of the premises in advance.
11/SWIMMING POOL:
Access to the swimming pool is not secure (no fence or cover).
Swimming is not supervised, it is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure their own safety and that of their children.
As owners, we cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs during the use of the swimming pool.
The swimming pool and the pool deck are cleaned daily for your well-being.
Pool towels are at your disposal.
12/RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
We thank you for limiting noise especially at night (between 11pm and 8am) so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed at DAR Lalla Fatima. Commercial filming and other professional uses are also prohibited on the property.
13/USE OF THE PREMISES:
Dar Lalla Fatima is a mansion with valuable objects and valuable paintings. We invite you to appreciate this unique place and take care of it throughout your stay.
14/GENERAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS:
We decline all responsibility for the theft of valuable objects, money, jewelry, etc.
In each room a safe is at your disposal to put your valuables.
If the traveler wishes, he can lock his room while he is away from the villa.
15/MINORS:
Please do not leave young children unattended in the villa.
If you wish to go out in the evening, our team will be happy to provide you with a baby sit-in service which will be payable to be agreed with the housekeeper.
16/NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION:
The interior of Dar Lalla Fatima is a non-smoking area. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation.
Several ashtrays are available outside the property.
17/PET:
Small animals are allowed in our villa. However, some rules must be respected in order to guarantee the cleanliness and serenity of the place:
Do not let animals climb on sofas or beds.
We ask you to have your pet sleep in its travel basket.
The holidaymaker is responsible for cleaning up after their pet, even during walks.
Walking your pet in the neighbourhood must be done on a leash.
Our animal friends are welcome, please be respectful of the premises and do not leave your pet alone, unsupervised, inside the house.
18/LOSS OR DAMAGE:
In the event of damage or breakage, it is your responsibility to reimburse the host for the damage caused.
In the event that you lose the key to your room or safe, the traveller will have to pay an amount of €50 corresponding to the locksmith's travel and the change of lock.
19/FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:
The house is equipped with 3 fire extinguishers:
1/ outside the kitchen.
2/ between the Ryad and the Kasbah.
3/ towards the back of the garden next to the swimming pool.
20/WASHING MACHINE:
USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE IS PAYABLE.
Machine wash, with ironing for a 2kg wash cycle, a fee of €30/cycle will be charged. T-shirts, pajamas, cotton…
The housekeeper is free to refuse certain clothes that risk being damaged in the wash. Delicate washing and ironing are sent to the laundry. Quote on request.
21/REPORT OF EXTRAS:
TO AVOID ANY FORGETTING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SMALL REPORT EVERY MORNING OF ALL YOUR EXPENSES AND EXTRAS THAT YOU HAVE CONSUMED.

ADDITIONAL BEDS ARE AVAILABLE THEIR RENTAL IS FREE FOR THE PEOPLE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL; ANY PERSON NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION WILL HAVE TO PAY €60 FOR THE USE OF A BED AND ALL RELATED COSTS.
25/ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR BOOKING RESERVATION:
°The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is not included in the price displayed when booking on Booking.
°The cleaning fee of €150 per stay is not included.
