The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring gas cooker, an electric oven, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a small dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave waves.

The covered terrace has a large wooden table with 4 chairs, 4 armchairs, a coffee table, a decorative cabinet.
The terrace has panoramic views over the Prades valley and the Massif du Canigou.
The open terrace, solarium true, is equipped with outdoor table and chairs, a small drying up and a removable awning.

On the road between Perpignan and Andorra, in the village of Marquixanes, just before Prades, turn to Arboussol, Eus. Just after the bridge turn left towards Eus, follow the signs to the village. Going up to the village, in the 2nd bend, you will find on the left the road to Rougères. We are at No. 3, second house on the left.
