Very pleasant and functional house, with enclosed garden for more privacy and security, completely renovated, and classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, ideally located, in a beautiful tourist area, between different beaches, each more beautiful than the other (5 minutes walk).
- on the ground floor, you benefit from a kitchen, living room (sofa bed), a separate toilet and a shower room
- Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a water point with toilet and vanity unit.
- Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided at no extra charge.
-End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory at €70.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol...
- From the terrace you have direct access through a door to the private, heated swimming pool (from 27 April 2024 to September).

"Formidable"
Maison typique bretonne très bien rénovée et aménagée. Vue mer magnifique sur l'île de Batz (de l'étage). Très bien placée, à 5 min de la plage à pied, ainsi que les sports nautiques. Le plus : la piscine chauffée et son jardin exotique ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette magnifique région. A bientôt et merci pour votre accueil Nadine et Guy !
