Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival date

Terms of cancelation :
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter 1 month before the entry into possession.
As a general rule, the deposit remains with the owner; however, it can be returned when the furnished accommodation has been re-let for the same period and at the same price.
If the tenant has not presented himself on the day mentioned on the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice notified to the owner:
1 this contract is deemed terminated,
1 the deposit remains with the owner, as well as any other sum paid.
1 the owner can dispose of his furnished apartment.
In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner: he will reimburse the tenant twice the amount of the deposit received.

- Tourist tax: 5.50% of the total amount
- Cleaning: the cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning of household linen and sanitary and floor cleaning, windows if necessary, exterior: swimming pool, garden, i.e. approx. 5 hours of work for 2 people. If the state of the house requires more maintenance hours, the owners can ask the tenants for a supplement.

- State of play and inventory:
The inventory of fixtures and the inventory of furniture and equipment will be made contradictorily at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner or his representative and the tenant and will bear the signature of both parties. Used, damaged or broken items will be replaced with the same or refunded to the owner.

In the event that the number of people accepted which is mentioned in the contract is exceeded, the lessor and the lessee will agree amicably taking into account the additional charges imposed by the modification of the occupation.

Animals (only medium-sized dogs under 20 kg)
A medium-sized dog weighing less than 20 kg is accepted, subject to any damage caused, and after agreement with the owner (fenced area). We reserve the right to cancel the rental if we have not been notified.

In the event that the number of people accepted which is mentioned in the contract is exceeded, the lessor and the lessee will agree amicably taking into account the additional charges imposed by the modification of the occupation. NO OVER OCCUPANCY POSSIBLE! 8 people

Insurance
The tenant is required to insure the premises entrusted or rented to him. He must therefore check whether his main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental). Otherwise, he must subscribe to the necessary extension (copy to be attached when sending the rental contract)

- animals not allowed (may be accepted only 1 small dog under 15kg calm)
a small dog of less than 15 kg calm, can be possibly accepted, subject to the possible degradations caused, and after agreement with the owner (fenced ground). we reserve the right to cancel the rental if we have not been notified.

- tourist tax: 1.10 €/PERS/Day

- house deposit: 2000 €

- Cleaning deposit: €150 in cash will be requested on arrival for end-of-stay cleaning. If the household established is sufficient (inventory of fixtures of entry identical to that of exit), the sum will be returned. If the state of the house requires more hours of maintenance which penalizes the arrival of the next customers (5 hours for two people), the owners are entitled not to return the sum of 150€ issued upon arrival .(bed linen, fridge, kitchen, hob, griddle, etc... SALE).

All parties or disruptive events for the neighborhood are not allowed in the villa, no possible overcrowding (night and day)

Arrival: From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Around 45 min reception: explanations of places, restaurants and activities)
