The property is 1400 m², is on the terrace and fully fenced - well behaved dogs (who do not bathe in the pool, do not sleep in bed or on the couch) are welcome.

The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for tenants and is regularly cleaned and maintained by a pool service. The nearest bay, restaurants, a small supermarket, a chapel, a mini golf course are about 1.8 km away.
