Living room of 45 m² with fully equipped kitchen, living room, sofa bed armchairs, and large table for 15 guests, sufficient crockery, stemware, champagne flutes, etc.
Provided: basic spices, tea, coffee, sugar for the 1st day
Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and 2 tea towels.
Outside: 2 large tables, chairs, pergola and barbecue in the shade of a large walnut tree, enough to make good meals with family or friends

"Séjour familial au calme"
Logement agréable et pratique. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Chacun y a trouvé sa place. Jardin clos et spacieux, idéal pour les enfants et la chasse aux oeufs! Nous recommandons ce gite les yeux fermés.

Gîte idéal pour un regroupement familial avec des enfants : espace autour du logement, tranquillité. Si le soleil est de la partie, on peut aisément vivre dehors.

La maison a été entièrement repeinte et relookée pour votre confort.
Vous pourrez partir vous balader en forêt directement à pied ou aller au restaurant à Saint-Aignan juste à côté et vous promener dans la jolie petite ville médiévale de Saint-Aignan.
Le Zoo de Beauval est à 10 min de voiture environ.
