10 min walk from the town center via the lighted coastal path.
Small shops are accessible 100 m away (bakery, tobacconist/press, casino point, restaurants, etc.)
The apartment includes a small garden with direct private access to the beach. It is located in a closed condominium with access by digital code and remote control. A private parking space is located just in front of the accommodation.
First floor :
- a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV
- an open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave
- a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed
- a bathroom with double sink and a shower
- separate toilets
- a cellar with washing machine, dishwasher and storage
On the second and last floor: an attic bedroom with 2 120x190 cm beds, TV and DVD player, and a terrace with sea view.

Tres bonne situation: derriere la dune, residence calme en bout de rue.
Acces petit lac. Acces direct a la plage depuis la terrasse en rdc.
Qqs commerces a coté (fermés pendant les vacances scolaire d’octobre).

Charmant et fonctionnel T3 en bord de plage. Zone très tranquille. Des petits plus : la terrasse avec vue sur la mer pour un repas/apéro en fin de journée et le petit jardin privatif.
