T2 located in ground garden facing south, 5 minutes from downtown and all shops on foot, 10 minutes from the beach and the port on foot, in a lively resort all year.
Our accommodation has been open since July 2015.

Courseulles is ideally located in the heart of the landing beaches, on Juno Beach (Canadian beach).
This small town of Province will allow you to enjoy the sea, the countryside or its sites full of history, according to your desires.
With family or friends, come and relax for a break to recharge your batteries!

Le parking est juste en face du logement, et aucune route n'est à traverser pour accéder à l'appartement.

- cleaning (obligatory package not including the dishes, the exit of the bins, ...)
- pets are charged € 1 / day and per pet

Deposit: a deposit of 30% is obligatorily paid to confirm the reservation. In case of withdrawal less than 14 days before the date of stay, the entire stay will be due (excluding tourist tax and cleaning fee).

For all rentals, the balance due is paid upon arrival in the accommodation. The deposit will be returned within 8 days maximum after departure.

Rental possible in the month only on estimate, and out of season: October, November, January, February, and March (according to the availabilities). Payment of the rental on arrival.

Once inside the residence, you will immediately turn right to go around the building. The car park is the one facing apartment 4 (follow the blue sign posted at the entrance of the residence)
