Our duplex, bright and charming, overlooks a shared garden where you can rest and eat.
On one floor (the 4th): large living room and American kitchen overlooking the garden.
On the other: two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office area under the stairs which accommodates a double bed. The first bedroom for adults is spacious. The second, smaller, has a single bed on the mezzanine with a large desk.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Books, comics, for adults and children, it's a cozy nest.
Ideally, this duplex accommodates 4 people, but 6 people will also feel comfortable here.

Downstairs, the condominium offers a large quiet garden, where it is possible to rest, stroll and even have a picnic.
This garden will delight children, who can play there, and parents, after a day of visiting the city.

We are between Ménilmontant, Gambetta and Jourdain.
In our typically Parisian district, to discover on foot, full of shops, bars, restaurants, concert halls (La Bellevilloise in particular is around the corner).
The Parc de Belleville is a 5-minute walk away, the Buttes-Chaumont 15 minutes.
You are in the heart of the new trendy "bobo" district of eastern Paris!

By metro or bus, all of Paris is directly accessible, from the Marais to Montmartre, via Saint-Germain des Prés or the Eiffel Tower.
