We are in a flowery green setting where birds, cicadas offer us their best songs.
The photos speak for themselves, modern, consisting of a sofa bed, Ikea kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, regular oven, coffee maker, toaster ... barbecue, grilled ...), bathroom with shower WC (hair dryer), TV (with USB port), deck chairs, indoor table with 2-3 chairs, outside table with 4 chairs, hammock, ping pong, bicycles.
We provide everything for a baby (cot, playpen, changing table, games).
This studio can accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 baby or 2 adults and 1 child (extra bed 1 spot), WiFi access, supplies household products and trash bags, Washing Machine Access ...
Possibility to provide linens and towels at no extra charge (to indicate when booking).
It is not allowed to smoke inside the studio, ashtray provided for smoking outside.
On Sunday morning pastries will be offered for breakfast;
Contract Question:
The rental agreement will be sent to you by email or by mail to return by post signed in two copies, we will return a signed our turn.
A deposit check of 30% of the total amount will also send with 2 contracts (2 possibilities POS: immediate or 2 months before your arrival to be agreed with us together).
The day of your arrival, the balance will be payable us and a security deposit of € 450 (not cashed) to get you back on your day of departure if everything is ok.
Important information:
In high season, if reservation canceled three weeks before entering the scene, sent the 30% will not be refunded.
For us to present Néoules, a small village of about 2480 inhabitants which lies in the heart of Var, in the Provence Verte.
Surrounded by vineyards, 35 minutes from the sea (Hyères, Toulon). It's a bit the center of Provence.
Néoules is the same distance from Marseille, Aix en Provence, Draguignan is 60 km. He rules here framework of tranquility and incomparable life.

"le paradis dans le var"
Un hébergement de qualité confortable propre et agréable. tout est parfait il n'y a qu'a poser ses valises et on est en vacances. les propriétaires sont plus que chaleureux, d'une gentillesse extrême, toujours a notre écoute dans la bienveillance.
Faire plaisir, rendre service et d'une grande générosité, les petits cadeaux et les attentions sont chaque jour au rendez vous. la piscine est un réel plus sans oublier la terrasse et le jardin avec possibilité de faire grillades et barbecues. le bien être assuré et des vacances qui s'écoulent bien trop rapidement. on devient addict du lieu et des propriétaires. que du bonheur. merci infiniment d'avoir rendu nos séjours inoubliables...

"Enfin !"
Un hébergement digne des vacanciers qui espèrent être aussi bien que chez eux quand ils partent en vacances ! Quand en plus les hôtes sont chaleureux et aux petits soins, l'environnement parfait, que demandez de plus... Sinon revenir dès que possible ! Merci à Stéphanie et Arnaud pour tout ce qui fait leur différence avec les autres gîtes...
