It is a "stone chalet" in its own private grounds surrounded by vineyards and woods. Great walking and cycling trails from the chalet door
This charming stone cottage is designed for 2 adults and 2 children.
The stone cottage has high walls and electric gates and is completely private.
Your own secure private parking.
Your private swimming pool is well placed and not overlooked. It has natural shade and is very refreshing (7.5 meters to 4 meters) with steps into the pool and a side ledge, perfect for children.
The chalet has a large, well-shaded outdoor dining area and a patio for sun lovers.
The chalet consists of an entrance room with a large refrigerator and a large separate freezer.
The kitchen lounge is a good size, the kitchen is fully equipped and the TV area is nice
The chalet has a good internet connection and the television has Netflix, Amazon Prime, …
The bedrooms are air-conditioned, with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Outside to the front is a lovely garden and a small shaded seating area for a coffee and quiet time.
