House of 120 m² + mezzanine. Entrance, storage room, separate toilet, bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with double bed and a loft mountain corner (BZ 140cm mattress upscale). Large living space living room / dining room / kitchen / mezzanine of more than 80 m².

Enjoy all the comforts of a beautiful house self-builder: straw insulation, solar heating and wood stove (wood supplied), a large terrace on the mountain side adjoining a large wooded and bordered by a stream. Calm assured, no close neighbors.
A small panoramic terrace to the south (breathtaking views of the hamlet, the mountains and the valley of Lake Serre Ponçon). Dishes and Appliances complete (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, induction cooking, raclette service, coffee maker, toaster ...). Possibility of BB bed and equipment, extra child beds.

Beware this is our house, against part of the charm and comfort far superior to that of a rental "classic" we draw your attention to this point of vigilance: our house does not respect all "standards" (beware of stairs with children as no access barriers, stairs inside the mezzanine air).

Finally, we rely on the goodwill and respect of our tenants for our place of life and all that is left to them.
Non smoking house, we do not accept animals.

From Pont de Savines take the direction of Réallon.
Arrived under the hamlet of the Means (hairpin with intersection to descend on Embrun), take the Gourniers direction for 100 m and first road on the right after the cultivated garden. Wooden sign with yellow background "mountain honey".
Then turn left at the crow's feet to go up to the highest house. If you stay on the road down you will cross the hamlet and it will retrace your steps.
