- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer) open to living room and lounge
- two bedrooms each with a dressing room and a television, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm)
- a bathroom with double sink and a large shower
- Separate WC
- lingerie with washing machine and clothes dryer
A cot with changing mat, a high chair and a baby bath are available.
At the back of the house, a terrace with pergola including a barbecue and garden furniture.
Deckchairs and bicycles are at your disposal and you will be able to take beautiful walks on the cycle paths leading to Saint-Hyppolite, Rivesaltes, Barcarès, Torreilles-Plage, Sainte-Marie-Plage, Canet-en-Roussillon, Saint -Cyprien or Argelès.
Possibility of walking to the market (15 minutes) on Thursday and Sunday mornings, as well as to the various shops in Saint-Laurent (bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, fishmongers, florists, banks, etc.)
The medical center is located near the house.
Supermarkets (Intermarché, Lidl, Aldi as well as Marie Blachère and McDonald's) are 5 minutes away by car. Possibility to travel by bus.
Airport and TGV station in Perpignan.
Saint-Laurent de la Salanque is located between the seaside resorts of Barcarès, Torreilles, Canet-en-Roussillon and 10 km from Perpignan and 40 km from Spain (30 minutes by motorway).
