“Small nest with a view of the vineyards and the Hérault valley”

Spacious 64 m² apartment in a village house overlooking the vineyards and the Hérault gorges.
For 2 to 4 people (1 bedroom with double bed + sofa bed).
Near the center of the village of Saint-Jean-de-Fos.

A fairly steep staircase provides access to the apartment located entirely on the first floor. The entire accommodation is privately accessible to travelers.

Large bright living room with a bay window facing east, opening onto the large balcony (on which it is possible to eat) overlooking a garden and a vineyard, beautiful and unobstructed view. In this large room you will find a lounge area (large sofa bed 160 + desk + storage unit), a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (we provide a tea towel).

You will also have a bedroom with a 160 double bed with mosquito net and two large closets, one of which has a wardrobe, we provide the sheets.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet as well as a storage shelf. We provide towels and bath mats.

The apartment was renovated not long ago and some small finishes remain to be done, there are two small closed spaces, laundry type, which are used for storage but which do not affect the comfort of the place.

There are usually parking spaces in front of the accommodation along the street, if this is not the case, you can unload and park in the large free municipal car park "le plantier" which is 200 m away. Do not park in front of the gates of other houses.

We do not take cleaning costs but we ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived, to remove your garbage cans and to put your laundry in a ball on the floor.

Basic equipment in all rooms:

Kitchen: basic kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, French press coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob… High chair for children…
Bathroom: hair dryer, towels...
Bedroom: sheets, duvets, hangers... Umbrella bed available on request (but no sheets).

In July and August your stay cannot be less than 7 consecutive nights unless there has been no weekly reservation and we are available to welcome you! In this case the night is 60€ for a minimum of 2 nights and you have to ask us for availability. Parties not allowed.

Saint-Jean-de-Fos: village of Potters with Argileum (pottery museum) and many pottery workshops still in operation. Village square 3 mins walk (grocery store, bakery, bar, restaurants, post office, market), swimming 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car or free shuttle in summer.
Many nearby activities: canoeing, caving, climbing, hiking, tasting, visits...
Near Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Hérault gorges, Devil's bridge, Clamouse cave, Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Navacelles... Beaches 40 min away 30 km from Montpellier 40 km from Béziers.

Animals are not normally accepted, contact us if you want to request it.
