Martigues, known as "the little Venice of Provence", with its small port, is a city which benefits from a privileged location, located about ten kilometers from the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, known as the "Côte Bleue", where there are several villages seaside resorts, such as Carry, Carry le Rouet, Sausset, La Couronne, Carro, Ensuès, Ensuès la Redonne.

In the immediate vicinity of our rental are:

- the large Figuerolles park (located overlooking the Etang de Berre with a very beautiful beach) is decorated with an educational farm with a little train ride, pony rides, various games for children, relaxation area, possibility of walks on foot and by bike, “tree climbing” trails for all levels.

- the Julien Olive park and many other gardens in Martigues (Prieuré garden and the edge of the Berre pond)
- the Martigues nautical club

Possibility of parking your vehicle in front of our house along the sidewalk in complete peace of mind.
The apartment has a completely independent entrance; it is on one level and is designed for 4 to 5 people maximum, including children; it offers good comfort as well as good equipment (reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

We can also rent to people coming to work occasionally in the region, maximum 2 people (for any information on prices, it is best to call us on our cell phone).

The accommodation consists of:

- A corridor (with wardrobe) leading to an independent master bedroom with: a double bed (140), a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a small table.
- A living room with sofa bed (for 1 person), 5 chairs, flat screen TV and a wall-mounted folding sleeping area, comprising: two bunk beds (1 place).
- A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, classic electric coffee maker, toaster, electric chopper, blender, pressure cooker, iron, etc.
- A separate toilet.
- A bathroom with a large "Italian-style" shower, a vanity unit (two sinks) as well as a washing machine.
Reversible climate control

A small umbrella bed and a baby bathtub can be made available to you free of charge on request.
Blankets or duvets and pillows are provided

You have a private garden of approximately 100 m², with garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
Animals are not allowed
