In a very pleasant area, the village is very well located by its proximity to Montpellier and the surrounding beaches.
The property is fully fenced, in lush greenery and near the scrubland and woods.
300 meters from the center of the village (5 minutes walk): grocer, bakery, butcher restaurants, medical center and tennis.
Mazet du Thym of 40 m² is composed of a bedroom with double bed (2 persons) with a large closet + a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hotplates, oven, hood, washing machine) , with in the living room a TV + 1 BZ convertible for 2 persons + bathroom shower and WC + terraces overlooking the garden and the fish pond.
Electric shutters, VMC, large bay window and 2 clim complete the installation.
Internet access and WiFi.
For baby a small folding bed is available.
2 terraces with tables and chairs + garden furniture + sunsets and swimming pool. Independent access and parking in the garden. Sliding gate.
The village is well served (shops) near Sommières, Castries and Lunel (20 km from the sea and Montpellier), at the foot of the Cevennes and the Camargue.
It represents the good compromise between the Camargue and the Mediterranean, serenity, summer joys of the seaside (near) and discovery of a typical region: the small Camargue.
It is very easy to get to Montpellier center and beaches (La Grande-Motte 20 minutes).
You can enjoy the seaside of the Languedoc coast and its summer activities (La Grande-Motte, Palavas, Le Grau-du-Roi)
Just 8 km from Restinclières, the town of Sommières offers multiple events throughout the year.

"Un véritable cocon et havre de paix"
Venons de passer 15 jours dans ce petit nid douillet. Tout est parfait et l'environnement est plus que reposant. Que dire si ce n'est que nous avons quitté les lieux avec regret. Notre hôtesse Valérie est une personne charmante et très discrète, avec son accent chantant qui sent si bon le sud de la France.
Nous recommandons sans aucune retenue.

"Maset tout confort"
Très joli jardin privatif en terrasses sous les pins bien ombragé ou les chiens sont acceptés. Une hôte très accueillante, chaleureuse et arrangeante. J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce maset avec tout le confort nécessaire. Entre la garrigue et les vignes, proche de Palavas et Montpellier. On recommande.
