This former 17th century Magnanerie is located in the heart of Provence, north of Avignon, next to the Roman city of Orange, a stone's throw from the medieval city of Pont Saint Esprit, its cathedral and its 13th century bridge. at the confluence of the Ardèche and the Rhône.
In the fertile plain of the Rhone is located this beautiful property of the eighteenth on 7 hectares of meadows and woods, bordered by the river Lauzon.

The estate consists of a stone farmhouse of 320 m², formerly typical Provençal silkworm, renovated in 2013 combining the best with its old charm and modern comfort; with a dependency arranged in 2012 of 80 m ².

The large swimming pool, in the middle of the lawn is in the middle of a flowered and closed garden of 2000 m² (independent access from the terrace by a closed gate). The 7 hectares of the property are for the exclusive use of the tenants; they are cut out of 1 hectare of wood (undeveloped or mowed), bordered by the river in photo; 5 hectares of mown grass, and a hectare maintained regularly directly dedicated for the house and accesses.

Part is a fenced area and divided into 3 areas:
