Your accommodation, spacious and bright, on one level of 110 m², facing south (the floors are closed), is surrounded by an open wooded park of 3,500 m2, just for you.
An entrance to a large living room/lounge/kitchen with a surface area of 80 m², benefiting from beautiful openings with a view of the garden.
A 35 m² living room is equipped with a television, HI FI system, radio, two 3-seater sofas.
A sleeping area separated from the television area by blackout curtains, a 140 x 200 bed.
The fully equipped kitchen of approximately 35 m²:
Gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes.
Drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner.
Maintenance and household products are provided.
Dining table, chairs, cupboards and dresser.
A family suite of 32 m² (3/4 people)Beautiful bright room with direct access to the garden via a French window, fireplace with insert (wood supplied on request).
A 160x200 bed, a wardrobe, a desk, 2 armchairs.
A 120 x 190 bed separated by a curtain.

"EXCEPTIONNEL à tous points de vue"
Une expérience pour nous INOUBLIABLE dans ce superbe manoir tout confort, au calme. Anne-Marie et Arnaud nous ont permis d'y séjourner un peu plus d'une semaine, endroit d'où nous avons pu rayonner pour des ballades entre le Mont Saint MIchel et Perros-Guirrec. Idéalement placé à proximité de Lamballe, nous avons pu passer dans cette belle demeure de très belles vacances avec notre petite chatte qui s'est parfaitement acclimatée à l'endroit. Les voisins sont adorables et les chiens TRES gentils, notre petite chatte les a adoptés ! Le manoir est très spacieux et lumineux, la literie très bonne et le grand écran est un plus. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
